A Director & shareholder, Ben along with David & Stuart helped start up DB. Having previously set up a successful Catering Butchers, Dorset Charcuterie, Ben studied Business Studies at City University, London, before returning to Dorset in 1991 to start DB.
Ben is overall Operations Director, responsible for the operational side of the business. This includes Sales, Purchases, Logistics & aspects of IT development. He has brought together a first class, dynamic team that has consistently smashed all targets it has set itself. He has also worked extensively on the new building project & some of DB's acquisitions, particuarly Haviland Foods & Tropics Cargo.
