Joe has worked with his father John Kempson since leaving school. Having worked closely with John, Joe understands the mechanics behind the poultry business at Haviland foods. Joe is now a new member of the DB Foods sales team bringing his knowledge of Haviland with him whilst remaining a key figure to the smooth running of Haviland foods.
