John Kempson

John is the manager of Haviland, the Poultry Processing unit based in Ferndown that DB acquired in 2006. John has successfully run Haviland for over 15 years and when DB bought Haviland Foods it was under the proviso John remained at the helm, bringing his wealth of knowledge & experience to the DB Management Team.

The synergies created by the amalgamation have been many and John now has more time to concentrate on creating a first class product without worrying about such distractions as deliveries which are now handled by DB. John has overseen the major investment program that has been put into Haviland's production line to both bring it up to date and to increase it's capacity that demand through access to DB's customer base has brought.
