Max Prudon

As well as being an important member of the Sales team, Max is also involved in Purchasing and with Gary Branch runs our Transport Department. With a fleet in excess of 25 vehicles this is no mean feat and it is a testament to his ability that we can pride ourselves on the quality of delivery service we provide.

Senior management is a far cry from where Max joined us in 1997. The son of Gert Prudon, our European Buyer, Max originally came over for 6 weeks on work experience, and has stayed ever since. Max's knowledge of the meat trade, not to say colourful language, was further enhanced by spending 2 years 'loaned out' to our sister company at the time, Longcroft & Old on Smithfield market. He has thus amassed a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business and is thoroughly competent and professional across the board.
