Chicken

Our chicken range is split between that hand cut and produced at our Ferndown site (formerly Haviland Foods) and that which we import. Our production site in the main takes UK birds to create bespoke products such as weight calibrated Supremes & Fillets. See more under 'Haviland'.

Our imported range includes our own branded product of gas flushed calibrated fillets, which has proved to be one of our most successful lines.
