We source the widest possibly range of lamb, from UK cuts to both fresh & frozen New Zealand & Australian products.

We have found over recent years the demand for lamb (in the same way it did with Beef) is moving away from carcases and more into the very cuts our customers need. To that end we concentrate on boxed products, and offer a comphrensive range. Since Spring 2007 with have sold increasing amounts of fresh New Zealand & Austalian boxed lamb. The product is first class, both in presentation and eating quality. The very fact it's been aged during the out going voyage is obviously a plus point.
