Production Administrator

Location: Poole, Dorset 

Hours: 40 Hours, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Production Administrator to join our Production Team. The successful candidate will be working within a large production department and will be responsible for reporting production data to the Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with KPIs and metric reporting hourly/daily for production needs
  • Ensure factory data matches the Time Management System
  • Assist the Operations Management team with ad-hoc duties
  • Assist the Planning Department with accurate stock reporting 

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent MS Office/Excel skills
  • A clear communicator in English, written and oral
  • Good level of numeracy, dealing with data/financial information
  • Have a proactive nature to go and find the information needed
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and work within set deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of production information
  • Ability to communicate with lots of different people
