We are expanding our team and are looking for a Technical System Administrator to join our Technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with third-party standards (e.g., BRC)
  • Monitor production processes, analyse trends, and prepare reports for weekly technical reviews
  • Handle customer complaints, review supplier performance, and ensure corrective actions
  • Maintain an up-to-date supplier approval list and complete Supplier Approval Questionnaires (SAQs) for customers
  • Ensure all logs, including complaints and non-conformances, are consistently updated and accurately maintained

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, auditors)
  • Ability to analyse data, monitor trends, and solve problems quickly
  • Computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Understanding of food manufacturing processes, especially in meat science/technology
  • Familiarity with enforcing health and safety standards in a food production environment
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in food safety, such as Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety
  • HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 desirable but not mandatory
  • Food science degree or field experience desirable but not mandatory
