We were delighted that Master Butcher Martin Eccles visited site on 14 June 2023.
Martin provides butchery information to the multiple retail and foodservice sector, and works closely with the AHDB events team to provide butchery demonstrations. He also assists in product development information and development of the meat education programme.
Martin talked to our Head of Production about food and drink qualifications for up and coming butchers and demonstrated a variety of interesting ideas.
