WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
Working in the food industry for 20 years reminds us we are always learning. I have worked as an account manager across multiple retail and foodservice customers, starting and adding new business relationships across red meat and ready meals. In 2013 I was a founder Commercial Director of a new business producing dedicated sous vide from a factory based in the West Midlands, over 4 years a highlight was achieving a turnover of £30m PA with a market share of 20%, the business was known for being one of the largest suppliers of slow cooked lamb shanks and BBQ pork ribs in the UK.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY OUTSIDE WORK?
Living on the edge of The Royal Forest of Dean means that weekends are full of family walks where we can go for hours in total peace and tranquillity. I also enjoy golf, football and fishing, owning two course fishing lakes and land with my brother in the Limosin region of France.
