WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
7 years’ experience with Cranswick Foods across multi protein accounts including cooked meats, primal and slow cook. 2 years’ experience at Bernard Matthews looking after the Christmas turkey campaigns for all major retailers and AYR chicken and turkey products including BBQ.
I have a real passion for food and good cooking skills with an interest and knowledge of the latest global food trends. I am a team player who is positive, energetic, friendly and supportive.
WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO WORKING FOR DB FOODS?
I was approached by the Commercial Director about developing a new and exciting part of DB Foods into the retail sector. Having the opportunity to develop new and exciting handmade products into retail was a role that could not be turned down.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Every day is different, having the opportunity to learn and develop by getting stuck into a new role. A role where I can lead change and really make a difference to a new and exciting part of the business.

Long distance running and mountain biking.

Any Thai food – Pork Thai Larb Salad, with the family with everyone digging in at home when the weather is lovely outside.
