Stuart Robson is the Group Trading/Purchasing Director and has over 38 years’ experience of working within the meat industry, trading and purchasing. He joined the business in 1991 and became Company Director in 2001. As Trading Director, Stuart is responsible for all meat purchases within the Group.
He works continuously with suppliers to form strong working relationships and uses his expertise and knowledge to identify trends in the market. Over the years Stuart has developed the product range according to the needs of the company’s customers, which now offers one of the most comprehensive product lists in the industry.
